First of all; I hope you all have had a fabolous weekend! I have spent the last week or so looking through some of the images I captured over easter, and today I really wanted to share some monochrome mountains with you guys.
I find it rather difficult to shoot in broad daylight, but I also find it kind of hard not to bring the camera when the sky is totally free from woollen dots, the mountains are covered in amazing white gold and I’m going to enjoy it all in said mountains. So I tend to try to find compositions that work as black and white images on these days.
The images below was captured on a day skiing at Ørsta skisenter (Bondalseidet) in Møre og Romsdal, Norway. We ended our day driving down to Sæbø where I captured the last image. I do want to go back in better light to capture some smooth golden hour images of the same area, but I must say that I quite enjoy the results of this mid-day shoot as well. What do you think?
